God knows your thoughts before you think them and He knows the number of hairs on your head. It is therefore no surprise that, as your Creator, He also has the combination to the padlock of your heart. Replenished Soul offers to walk alongside you as, together, we hold God to His promise to refresh your weary soul and replenish your sorrowful soul.

About
What we mean by Replenish
To replenish something is to fill it up again. As you journey through life, circumstances can deplete you of your enthusiasm and rob you of your joy. It can happen suddenly at the onset of bad news, or it can build up slowly over time. One day, you may feel sadness, sorrow or an emptiness that you can't even put your finger on.
But God doesn't want you to stay there.
Through the prophet Jeremiah, God spoke to His people in times of great loss and gave them this promise:
"For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul."Jeremiah 31:25
That promise is the reason Replenished Soul exists. God is still the one who satisfies and is able to restore every single soul that seeks Him.
Jesus Himself made the same invitation to everyone who feels empty:
"If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water."John 7:37–38
Biblical counselling doesn't just treat visible or tangible symptoms, neither does it just fill a temporary void. Rather, through the power of the Holy Spirit, it brings you into the presence of Jesus Christ to discern the thoughts and intents of your heart (Hebrews 4:12) and nourish your soul.

What is Biblical counselling?
Biblical counselling is caring, personal help that looks to the Bible for answers to the struggles of everyday life.
In our sessions we listen carefully, open the Scriptures together, and help you take gentle, practical steps of faith, one step at a time.
The sufficiency of Scripture
The Bible is enough
When you are anxious, worn out or overwhelmed by sorrow, God has already given you everything you need in His Word. It is living, it is true, and it speaks right into your distress.
The same Lord who made you knows exactly how to comfort, strengthen and restore you. That is why everything we do at Replenished Soul begins and ends with Scripture.
"According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness."2 Peter 1:3
"The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul."Psalm 19:7
"This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me."Psalm 119:50
All our counsellors are trained and certified by the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC), and we endeavour to adhere to their guidelines.

Weary and heavy laden
When life feels too heavy and there is never enough of you to go round, we help you find the rest Jesus offers to the weary.
"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."Matthew 11:28
Cast down in spirit
When sorrow lingers and hope feels far away, we walk with you gently and remind you that the Lord is near to the broken-hearted.
"The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart."Psalm 34:18
